Each semi-private training session usually accommodates 3-6 people. This allows for effective training while still maintaining enough personal attention from the trainer.
We recommend bringing a water bottle, a towel, and any personal gear you prefer, such as yoga mats or gloves. Don’t forget to come ready to sweat and have fun!
Yes! We offer a trial session for newcomers. It’s a great opportunity to experience the group dynamic and see if it’s the right fit for you.
