where you are, build a plan that fits your starting point, and set you up for long-term success.

Yes—absolutely. Every E-Motion coach is certified and committed to ongoing education. Beyond
credentials, we pride ourselves on being an educational company. We don’t just coach you—we teach
you about programming, exercise, and physiology so you can understand the ‘why’ behind your
training.

We think Pilates and yoga are great tools and even incorporate similar stretches and movements into
our programs. The difference is customization—Pilates and yoga often don’t address your specific
needs. At E-Motion, we create individualized training that ensures your body gets the right demands to

We hear this concern often, especially from women. The truth is: strength training is the most effective
way to build a toned, fit physique. Your program will be designed specifically for your goals, whether
that’s fat loss, strength, or performance. Instead of ‘bulky,’ you’ll feel strong, lean, and confident.

We understand! That’s why we offer short-term options. However, we encourage committing to a
12-month plan. Real transformation takes time, and making that commitment—both to us and to
yourself—ensures you finally put your health first. – Need to cancel? We require a 30-day notice, and
you can also cancel if you move or provide a doctor’s note stating you can’t exercise.

Yes! Many of our members start with little to no fitness experience. Our coaches are skilled at meeting you where you are, guiding you safely, and building your confidence as you progress.

Yes—we work with high school, college, and even post-collegiate athletes looking to improve strength,
conditioning, and performance.

Of course. We offer a complimentary strategy session with one of our expert coaches. In this session,
we’ll: – Learn about your goals – Show you how we can best help – Recommend the program that fits
you From there, you decide if we’re the right fit for you.

Membership rates start at $125 biweekly. We offer: – Team Training: Fun, challenging classes to
improve strength, cardio, and body composition. – Semi-Private Personal Training: Fully customized
training plus individualized nutrition coaching for faster, more accurate results. You can see all pricing
