Semi-private training involves small group sessions where members receive personalized attention from trainers. This format allows for tailored workouts and a supportive community atmosphere, enabling everyone to reach their fitness goals together.

Each semi-private training session usually accommodates 3-6 people. This allows for effective training while still maintaining enough personal attention from the trainer.

We recommend bringing a water bottle, a towel, and any personal gear you prefer, such as yoga mats or gloves. Don’t forget to come ready to sweat and have fun!

Yes! We offer a trial session for newcomers. It’s a great opportunity to experience the group dynamic and see if it’s the right fit for you.

Our trainers will work with you to set personal goals and track progress regularly. You’ll receive updates and adjustments based on your development to keep you motivated.
